GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE:
PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO THE LAST ORDERS AND CONTRACTS CONCLUDED
- 1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE PRESENT GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The fact for the user of filling and of confirming its order is worth acceptance of the General Conditions, which will be only applicable to the contract thus concluded.
- 2. CONFIRMATION OF ORDER AND THE CONCLUDING OF CONTRACT:
The conclusion of an order will intervene only after validation of the payment and the confirmation of order by Direct'Savoie by email.
This confirmation or, if necessary, the refusal of acceptance of this order will be indicated to the user at the latest 48 hours after reception of the purchase order.
Direct'Savoie reserves the possibility of not recording a payment and thus of not confirming an order for some reason that it is: in particular a problem of procurement of products, a problem concerning the received order, or foreseeable problem concerning the delivery to be carried out.
- 3. OBLIGATIONS of Direct'Savoie.com:
In the event of acceptance of an ordering and after payment of this one, Direct'Savoie.com is committed making deliver the products of the aforesaid the order by La Poste. (see delivery)
- 4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER:
The customer commits himself indicating in his purchase order an address to which the delivery must be made during the business hours.
It is also committed regulating the stipulated price of the service provided by Direct'Savoie (price of the products and transport). It is also committed to regulate or be making regulate with the forwarding agent or conveyor: customs duties, VAT, or other taxes due at the time of the importation in the country of the place of delivery.
The customer avoids reselling the products. Any order placed by a customer is for his personal use or the use of the person in the name of whom the delivery is carried out.
- 5. PROVISIONS SPECIFIC:
Prices, right of customs, VAT:
The price indicated in the confirmation of order emitted by Direct'Savoie is the final price. It includes the price of the products, of the transport and conservation, packing, handling charges, whole of the taxes for export out of France.
The price is expressed in Euros, the amounts posted in other currencies being indicated only as an indication.
Recipients in European Union:
Except immediate contrary mention, this price means all French taxes included/understood: the recipient does not have thus any step to undertake concerning the VAT near the French government, nor the customs duties.
Recipients except European Union:
The recipient or the person showing reception of the goods commits themselves immediately regulating with the conveyor the possible customs duties and various taxes which it will have advanced.
PAYMENT
The payment is done by bank card or, only in France, by cheque. The flow of the account of the customer will be carried out in euros, as of the acceptance of the contract by Direct'Savoie.
An invoice can be established by Direct' Savoy, with the request express of the customer who will have to indicate the address of sending of the invoice

GUARANTEE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Direct'Savoie guarantee that the products are manufactured in Europe according to the Européenne legislation or of the country of origin of the products, and that they were the subject of all the care necessary in order to ensure their conformity description which is reproduced on the site in the date of the order.
Direct'Savoie guarantees that the products are fresh and of very good quality during the handing-over to the conveyor. No other guarantee is granted.
The customer is only responsible for the choice of the products, their conservation as from the delivery and their use. The attention of the customer is drawn to the fact that it should not consume the products beyond the times indicated, nor if it appears that the products are deteriorated (because of heat, of problems at the time of transport or very other causes).
To in no case Direct'Savoie could not be held responsible for any intervening damage of this fact.
In the same way, Direct' avoie could not be made responsible for noninto force the respect of the legislative or lawful provisions in the country of delivery, Direct'Savoie being only responsible for the respect of the French regulation into force.
It thus rests to the customer to check beforehand and under his only responsibility that the importation of these products and their consumption are authorized in the country of delivery.
In any event, and whatever the possible reason for the calling into question of the responsibility for Direct'Savoie, this one is limited to the price of the order.
The offered products are mainly manufactured containing believed milk. We recommend to the sensitive people, and particularly to the pregnant women and to the people immunodéficientes not to consume these products. The consumption of these products is under the only responsibility of the customer.
The present general conditions are controls exclusively by the French law. The commercial court of Lyon (France) is only qualified for any litigation or disagreement with regard to them.
