               Direct'Savoie chose to work with the Cheese dairy of the Val D' Aillon, recognized for the quality of its products:

  Situated in the Massif of Bauges, this small fruiterer(cheese dairy) of Savoy was create in 1889; she proposes you products on base of milk believed to offer a wide range of flavours.
                          · Tome of Bauges, Raclette, Margériaz, Monpela, Valbleu, Butter, White cheese

   Our range was widened, by products of the dairy, the Provent cheese dairy, situated in the heart of Chambery:

                             · Reblochon, Beaufort, Abondance, Tarentais, Chevrotin, Crozets, Honey



Attention: we do not send cheeses on Fridays because of the wait(expectation) of the parcel in The Post office, This by pure measure of hygiene.

Originating in the valley of Thônes since the 13th century, Reblochon of Savoy, slag or farmer, acquires with refining a subtle hazel nut flavour.
Formerly manufactured with the milk of the second draft (the rebloche) it offers to you a greedy heart in a tender and melting paste.
Weight: from 450 with 550g; refining: 3 to 4 weeks.
